Nawa Medical Electrolyte Ointment S is a wound and healing ointment for external use that was specifically developed for the healing of skin injuries.It promotes wound healing, reduces swelling and reduces pain.It also prevents infections, reduces scarring and is also suitable for children.

Areas of application

The ointment is used for various skin injuries such as cuts, abrasions, tears and bruises.It is also suitable for the treatment of anal fissures, stage 1 hemorrhoids, first and second degree burns (including sunburn), scar tissue and blunt trauma.In addition, it can be used to care for stressed, dry, cracked and aging skin.

Properties

Nawa Medical Electrolyte Ointment S creates an optimal physical environment for healing injured skin.This reduces bruising and edema more quickly, reduces swelling and relieves pain.The ointment supports the formation of new tissue, improves healing after surgery or injuries and reduces scarring.

Application

The ointment should be applied approximately 2 mm thick to the injured skin and up to 2 cm beyond the edges of the wound.It should be used several times a day for the first three days after the injury.It can also be used in conjunction with a standard bandage to further protect the wound from external influences.The ointment does not contain any skin-irritating substances and can be used on the mouth and mucous membranes.It is also suitable for iontophoresis and is applied under the anode.

Trace element solution (NAWA Medical) with iron, (RS)-2-octyldodecan-1-ol, cetyl alcohol, dehydracetic acid, diisopropyl adipate, disodium edetate, ethoxydiglycol, hydrogenated palm glycerides, PEG-200 glycerol tallowate, purified water, methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate and sorbic acid.
