The saline solution 10% is an infusion solution concentrate that contains sodium chloride as the active ingredient.It is used to treat hyponatremia, hypochloremia and hypotonic hyperhydration.No prescription is required for this product.

Areas of application

The saline solution 10% is used for various electrolyte imbalances.These include:

Hyponatremia: A lack of sodium in the blood, which can lead to various symptoms such as fatigue, confusion and seizures.

Hypochloremia: A lack of chloride in the blood, which can also cause various symptoms, including muscle cramps and abnormal heart rhythms.

Hypotonic hyperhydration: A condition in which the body contains too much water relative to electrolytes such as sodium and chloride, resulting in a dilution of these electrolytes in the blood.
