Ingredients of Sidroga Organic Children's Bedtime Tea: Anise (Anisi fructus) 46%, lemon balm leaves (Melissae folium) 42%, peppermint leaves (Menthae piperitae folium) 7%, passion flower herb (Passiflorae herba) 3%, lavender flowers (Lavandulae flos) 2%.All ingredients used come from controlled organic farming.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, this product should not be used.This product is not suitable for children under four months.

Dosage

To prepare Sidroga organic children's bedtime tea, use a filter bag for one cup (approx. 150 ml).Pour boiling water over it, let it steep for five minutes, gently squeeze the bag out and remove it.Allow the tea to cool to drinking temperature (approx. 37 °C).Please only ever offer freshly brewed tea.No prescription is required for this product.

Notes

To protect against tooth destruction caused by tooth decay, the bottle should not be left to suck on continuously.Always hold the tea bottle yourself when feeding. Please do not add sweetener.Regular dental care is important right from the first teeth.Get the child used to drinking from a cup by the end of the first year of life.
