Oculotect fluid PVD eye drops are an over-the-counter eye medicine that is used as a tear substitute for dry eyes. The active ingredient Povidone K 25 ensures sufficient moisture on the surface of the eye and relieves irritation.
Areas of application
Oculotect fluid PVD eye drops are used for the symptomatic treatment of “dry eye”.This applies to cases in which the quality of the tear film is poor or the surface of the eye is not sufficiently moistened.
Active ingredients and ingredients
The active ingredient in Oculotect fluid PVD eye drops is Povidone K 25. Each milliliter of the solution contains 50 milligrams of Povidone K 25. Dosage and application
Oculotect fluid PVD eye drops should always be used exactly as directed. The usual dosage is up to five times a day or more often, depending on your needs, one drop into the conjunctival sac of the affected eye.Tilt your head back, pull your lower eyelid down slightly, and bring the dropper tip close to your eye without touching it.Drop a drop into the conjunctival sac and gently press the inner corner of the eyelid with your index finger for about a minute.Recap the bottle immediately after use.
