Instructions for use for Hot Thermo dura C cream
Hot Thermo dura C Cream is a herbal medicine that is used externally for muscle pain in the shoulder, cervical and lumbar spine areas, soft tissue rheumatism and tension.The active ingredient is cayenne pepper thick extract, which is obtained from the cayenne pepper plant.This plant is an annual, about knee-high, with pointed, oval leaves and small star-shaped flowers.It originally comes from Central America and is now cultivated in many warmer countries.
Application and dosage
Hot Thermo dura C Cream is intended for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over.The recommended dosage is to apply an approximately 2 cm long strand of cream to the painful area three times a day and rub in well.Treatment should continue until pain relief, but not longer than three weeks, unless otherwise directed by a doctor.No prescription is required for this product.
Contraindications and precautions
Hot Thermo dura C Cream must not be used if you are hypersensitive to Capsicum preparations, rosemary oil or any of the other ingredients of the drug.The cream should also not be applied to damaged skin, such as after burns, injuries, inflammation or eczema.Particular caution is required in acute conditions with redness, swelling or overheating of joints as well as in the case of persistent joint problems or severe back pain.In these cases, a doctor should be consulted.
The cream must not get into the eyes, mucous membranes or open wounds.In case of contact with eyes, the eye should be rinsed thoroughly with cold water.Additional application of heat should be avoided as this may increase the heat effect.After applying the cream, hands should be washed thoroughly to avoid accidental contact with other parts of the body.
Side effects
Like all medicines, Hot Thermo dura C Cream can have side effects, although these do not necessarily occur.Possible side effects include hypersensitivity reactions such as hives, blisters and itching, which require immediate discontinuation of treatment.The active ingredient can also lead to an increase in blood flow with increased skin redness and a feeling of warmth, which is part of the normal effect of the drug.In rare cases, burning, stinging or itching may occur.
Composition
The active ingredient is thick extract of cayenne pepper.100 g cream contains 0.6627-1.8292 g thick extract of cayenne pepper (4 - 7:1), corresponding to 53 mg capsaicinoids, calculated as capsaicin.The other ingredients include medium-chain triglycerides, glycerol monostearate, wool wax, cetostearyl alcohol, thick paraffin, carbomer 980, propylene glycol, phenoxyethanol, purified water, rosemary oil, dimeticone, sodium hydroxide and spray-dried glucose syrup.
Storage
Keep Hot Thermo dura C cream out of the reach of children and do not use the medicine after the expiry date stated on the tube and carton.After opening the container, the cream will last three to six months, depending on the size of the tube.Do not throw away medicines via wastewater or household waste.Ask your pharmacist how to throw away medicine when you no longer use it.
