Hot Thermo dura C Cream is a herbal medicine for the external treatment of muscle pain.It is used to relieve muscle pain in the shoulder, cervical and lumbar spine areas due to soft tissue rheumatism and tension.No prescription is required for this product.

The active ingredient of Hot Thermo dura C cream is cayenne pepper thick extract.The cream contains 100 g cream 0.6627-1.8292 g thick extract of cayenne pepper (4 - 7:1), corresponding to 53 mg capsaicinoids, calculated as capsaicin.The other ingredients are medium-chain triglycerides, glycerol monostearate 40-55 (type II), glycerol (mono/di)(palmitate/stearate) sodium stearate (95:5), wool wax, cetylstearyl alcohol (type A) emulsifying, thick paraffin, carbomer 980, propylene glycol, phenoxyethanol, purified water, rosemary oil,Dimeticone, sodium hydroxide, spray dried glucose syrup.

Contraindications

Hot Thermo dura C cream must not be used if you are hypersensitive to cayenne pepper thick extract, capsicum preparations (paprika family), rosemary oil or any of the other ingredients of the drug.The cream should also not be used on damaged skin, such as after burns and injuries, inflammation or eczema.

Dosage

Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over apply a 2 cm long strand of cream to the painful area 3 times a day and rub the cream in well.Treatment should be continued until pain relief, but not longer than three weeks without medical advice.If the heat effect is felt to be too strong, excess cream residue can be removed with cold water and soap or with skin cream.

Intake

Apply the cream strand to the painful area and massage the cream in lightly.After massaging, allow the cream to completely absorb into the skin.Wash hands thoroughly after use to avoid accidental contact with other parts of the body.The medicine is only suitable for external use.

Patient information

Particular caution is required in acute conditions with redness, swelling or overheating of joints as well as in the case of persistent joint problems or severe back pain that radiates to the legs.In these cases you should consult a doctor.The cream must not get into the eyes, mucous membranes or open wounds.Physical activity and external application of heat can increase the warming effect.Additional application of heat should be avoided.

Pregnancy

There are no sufficient studies available for the use of Hot Thermo dura C cream.It should therefore not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Keep this medicine out of the reach and reach of children.You must not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the tube and carton.The shelf life after opening the container is 3 months for the 50 g tube and 6 months for the 100 g tube.
