Use and consumption recommendations

Stir the contents of one sachet into 150-200 ml of still water every day and take with or after a meal together with the tablet and the capsule.

Orthomol Vital f Grapefruit should be kept out of the reach of small children.Store preferably in a cool and dry place.

Orthomol Vital f in the dosage form granules/tablets/capsules is lactose and gluten free.Due to the riboflavin (vitamin B2) content, the urine can turn yellow.The product contains, among other things, strongly coloring beta-carotene.Any stains that may occur, e.g. on clothing, are difficult to remove.In individual cases, slight belching may occur due to the fish oil (omega-3 fatty acids) contained in the capsule.To avoid belching, you can take the capsule before bedtime.The gelatine it contains comes from beef and is Halal-compliant.
