MAJORANA VAGINAL GEL, 30 g

Area of application

The WALA Majorana vaginal gel is used in accordance with anthroposophical knowledge of humanity and nature.It serves to harmonize the human body structure in cases of inflammation of the female genital organs, such as vaginal inflammation (colpitis), inflammation of the pubic parts (vulvitis) and vaginal discharge (unspecific leucorrhoea).

10 g of the vaginal gel contains the following active ingredients: Acidum lacticum 0.03 g, Argentum colloidale Dil.D4 0.10 g, Calendula officinalis ex herba ferm 33c Ø (HAB, Vs. 33c) 0.10 g, Echinacea pallida e planta tota ferm 33c Ø (HAB, Vs. 33c) 0.10 g, Eucalypti aetheroleum 0.02 g, Kreosotum Dil.D4 0.10 g, Lilium lancifolium ex herba ferm 33c Dil.D1 (HAB, Vs. 33c) 0.10 g, Origanum majorana ex herba ferm 33c Ø (HAB, Vs. 33c) 0.10 g, Rosmarini aetheroleum 0.01 g, Salviae officinalis aetheroleum 0.01 g, Thuja occidentalis e summitatibus ferm 33e Dil.D1 (HAB, vs. 33e) 0.10 g and Thymi aetheroleum 0.01 g.The components Argentum colloidale, Lilium lancifolium and Thuja occidentalis are potentiated together over one level.

Other ingredients include glycerol, litsea fruit oil, silver sulfate, aqueous colloidal silica solution prepared with citric acid monohydrate, tea tree oil, purified water and xanthan gum.

Contraindications

The medicine should not be used in infants, small children and children under 6 years of age due to the insufficiently clarified risks of ointments containing marjoram herb.It is also not applicable if you are hypersensitive to rosemary, thyme or other lamiaceae (lamiaceae), birch, mugwort, celery, any of the other active ingredients or excipients or to other composite plants.In addition, it must not be used for progressive systemic diseases such as tuberculosis, leukosis, collagen vascular disease, multiple sclerosis, AIDS-diseases, HIV-infections, chronic viral diseases and autoimmune diseases.

Dosage

Unless otherwise prescribed, the gel should be inserted into the vagina 2 to 3 times a week to 1 to 2 times a day using the enclosed dosing tube while lying down.For children aged 6 to under 12 years, the gel should only be used in the area of the external genitalia.

Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 2 weeks.If there is no improvement within 3-5 days, you should consult a doctor.The duration of treatment for chronic diseases requires consultation with the doctor.Due to the marjoram herb component, the medicine is not suitable for long-term use.

Intake

To use the dosing tube, it should be screwed onto the tube and about 2 to 3 cm of the gel should be pressed into the tube.The tube is then unscrewed, inserted deep into the vagina and emptied by applying pressure to the plunger.The tube should be closed again with the screw cap and the dosing tube cleaned with water and liquid soap.The dosing tube is included in every pack.

Patient information

If fever occurs and/or persistent, unclear or new symptoms occur, a medical evaluation should be carried out.

Pregnancy

Like all medicines, the vaginal gel should only be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding after consulting a doctor.If condoms and other contraceptives containing latex or plastic are used at the same time, the tear resistance or tightness may be reduced and the protective effect of these contraceptives may be impaired.
