Fortimel Energy Multi Fiber is a high-calorie drinking food that was specially developed for patients with a functional gastrointestinal tract.This balanced diet contains a prebiotic fiber mixture, which, when used over a long period of time, contributes to the normal colonization of the intestine by bacteria and to the regulation of stool quantity and consistency.The product is gluten-free and strictly low in lactose and is available in five different flavors.

Application and dosage

Fortimel Energy Multi Fiber can be used for both exclusive and complementary nutrition.For exclusive nutrition, 5 to 7 bottles per day are recommended, while for complementary nutrition, 1 to 3 bottles per day can be consumed or as recommended by a doctor.Before use, the product should be shaken well.It is ready to use and tastes best chilled.After opening, the sealed bottle can be stored in the refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours.

Fortimel Energy MultiFibre is particularly suitable for patients with increased energy requirements, e.g.B. with consumptive diseases such as tumor diseases or serious infections, as well as with disturbed intestinal function, e.g.B. in constipation or after antibiotic therapy.The product must not be used if enteral nutrient administration is generally prohibited or if there is an intolerance to one of the ingredients it contains.Fortimel Energy Multi Fiber is suitable for ages 6 and up.
