The cherry stone pillow consists of cherry stones that are incorporated into a cotton cover.It measures 20x30 cm, is microwave safe and can be washed at 30°C.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, this product should not be used.No prescription is required for this product.

Dosage

To heat in the oven: Heat in a fan oven without preheating to 130 °C for about 3 minutes on the middle rack.Heat with bottom and top heat without preheating to 150 °C for about 3 minutes on the middle rack.Use baking paper as a base and add a cup of water to prevent the seeds from drying out.Heat in the microwave at around 600 watts for around 30 seconds.Place a cup of water in the microwave.If necessary, continue heating in 15 second intervals until desired heat is achieved.Make sure that the microwave plate is clean and can rotate freely.If the microwave power is higher, reduce the power or time.To reduce the heat requirement, the pillow can also be heated on the radiator.To cold treat, place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours.To avoid foreign smells, pack airtight.

Notes

After use and before washing, allow the pillow to air dry completely and store in a dry place to avoid mold growth.The cushion can be washed in the washing machine at 30°C.then allow to air dry slowly and completely.Not suitable for use in the tumble dryer!
