ES-Non-sterile compresses are packed in sterilizable paper bags and contain 16 compresses, each measuring 10.0 cm x 10.0 cm.These classic gauze compresses are characterized by folded cut edges.They are made of gauze in accordance with standard EN 14079 and are woven with 17 threads.The folded cut edges prevent annoying edge threads, even if the compresses are opened several times.The compresses are highly absorbent, breathable, soft and supple and are available in different layers.They are non-sterile and can be used for various applications.

Application

The ES-non-sterile compresses are suitable for general wound care, especially for initial care of dirty, infected and heavily secreting wounds.They can be used as swabs or compresses during minor surgical procedures.They are also suitable as secondary wound dressings.The compresses can be used for both outpatient and inpatient procedures.
