Directions for use of the product Doppelherz aktiv Flohsamenschalen: Doppelherz Psyllium Husks Powder is a dietary supplement that supports a high-fibre and healthy diet. Psyllium husks contain a high level of dietary fibre, which can improve natural digestion and intestinal health. The powder is neutral in taste and suitable for long-term use. The recommended amount to be consumed is one heaped teaspoon (3 g) twice a day dissolved in plenty of liquid (at least 200 ml). After consumption, 1-2 more glasses of liquid should be drunk, as the dietary fibres bind water and can lead to intestinal obstruction if too little liquid is consumed. The product should not be used if there is a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. The ingredients of Doppelherz Psyllium Husk Powder are Indian psyllium husks (Plantago ovata). Per 100 g, the powder contains 767 kJ / 190 kcal energy, less than 0.5 g fat (of which less than 0.1 g saturated fatty acids), 1.2 g carbohydrates, 0 g sugar, 84 g dietary fibre, 3.3 g protein and 0.30 g salt.
