Instructions for use of Mercurialis eye drops

Mercurialis eye drops are an anthroposophic medicine that is used for various eye diseases.It is used in particular to stimulate the fluid organism in the eye area, for example in the case of dry conjunctivitis or lack of tears.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The eye drops contain the following active ingredients: Mercurialis perennis ferm 34c Dil.D3 and Rosae aetheroleum Dil.D7.It also contains sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate and water for injections.

Areas of application

Mercurialis eye drops are used according to the anthroposophical knowledge of humanity and nature.They are suitable for stimulating the fluid organism in the eye area in cases of dry conjunctivitis and lack of tears.

Contraindications

To date there are no known contraindications.

Dosage and application

Unless otherwise prescribed, 1 drop should be instilled into the conjunctival sac 1 to 3 times a day, up to two hours a day.The application should be completed after 1 week.If there is no improvement within 2 days, see a doctor.In the case of chronic illnesses, the duration of treatment should be discussed with a doctor.

Side effects

So far there are no known side effects.

Precautions and warnings

The use of the drug for eye inflammation should not be done without ophthalmological advice and does not replace other medications prescribed by the doctor.During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the medicine should only be used after consulting your doctor.

To date, there are no known interactions with other medications.

Instructions for use

The eye drops are available in single-dose containers and are intended for single use only after opening.The remaining amount after application may no longer be used.No prescription is required for this product.

Application note

To open, separate a container from the latch and open it by twisting off the flat wing.Tilt your head back and use the index finger of one hand to pull the lower eyelid slightly downwards.With your other hand, dispense a drop of the liquid into the conjunctival sac by applying light finger pressure to the container.Do not bring the single-dose container into contact with the eye.Then keep your eye as open as possible and move it so that the liquid is distributed well.

Other

The eye drops are also suitable for contact lens wearers as they do not contain any preservatives.
