Passiflora suppositories are an anthroposophic medicine that is used for sleep disorders and restlessness.The application is carried out in accordance with the anthroposophical knowledge of humanity and nature.

Each suppository weighing 2 grams contains the following active ingredients: 20 milligrams of Avena sativa ferm 33c, 20 milligrams of Humulus lupulus ex herba et fructibus ferm 34d, 4 milligrams of Passiflora caerulea ex herba ferm 33c and 20 milligrams of Valeriana officinalis e radice ferm 33c.Other ingredients include hard fat and honey.

Contraindications

Due to the valepotriates contained in valerian (Valeriana officinalis), Passiflora suppositories should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Dosage

Unless otherwise prescribed, children aged 7 and over and adults should insert 1 suppository into the rectum in the evening.Treatment should be completed after 2 weeks.If there is no improvement within 2 to 3 days, you should consult a doctor.In the case of chronic illnesses, the duration of treatment should be discussed with a doctor.

Intake

The suppositories should be inserted into the rectum in the evening.

Patient information

If signs of illness such as restlessness or unclear symptoms occur, a doctor should be consulted.Passiflora suppositories contain gluten, which may be important for people with gluten intolerance.

Pregnancy

Due to the valepotriates contained in valerian (Valeriana officinalis), Passiflora suppositories should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
