Area of application

GRANU FINK® femina is a traditional herbal medicine that is used to strengthen or strengthen bladder function in cases of bladder weakness.It also helps to relieve bladder problems caused by a hyperactive bladder, i.e. an irritable bladder, after serious illnesses have been ruled out by a doctor.Relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles, hormonal changes during pregnancy or menopause or psychological factors can often trigger bladder weakness in women. GRANU FINK® femina is specially designed for women and contains valuable ingredients from medicinal pumpkin, sumac and hops, which reduce the urge to urinate, relieve irritation of the bladder and calm a nervous bladder.

Mode of action

Medicinal pumpkin has long been used to strengthen bladder function.Its valuable ingredients have a bladder-strengthening effect and promote the interaction of the individual bladder muscles.The active ingredients from hop cones have calming and antispasmodic properties. GRANU FINK® femina owes its anti-irritation properties to spice sumac, a traditional medicinal plant in North America.

1 Hard capsule GRANU FINK® femina contains the following active ingredients:

227.3 mg pumpkin seed oil, 56.0 mg dry extract from spice sumac bark (5-7: 1), extractant: water, 18.0 mg dry extract from hop cones (5.5-6.5: 1), extractant: water.

As other ingredients, GRANU FINK® femina contains: All-rac-alpha-tocopherol acetate, phospholipids from soybeans, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, yellow wax, gelatin, glycerol, purified water, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, sodium dodecyl sulfate, dyes: titanium dioxide (E 171), iron (III) oxide (E 172) andIron(III) hydroxide oxide x H2O (E172).

Contraindications

GRANU FINK® femina must not be used if you are allergic to hop cones, spice sumac bark, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin-like plants such as:E.g. watermelon, zucchini, soy, peanut or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.Use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age is not recommended as there are insufficient data on this age group.If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.Safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been established.The use of GRANU FINK® femina is therefore not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Dosage

The recommended dose for adult women is 1 hard capsule 3 times daily.The hard capsules should be taken with sufficient liquid, preferably before meals.Long-term use is possible.If the symptoms worsen or if symptoms such as fever, cramps or blood in the urine, pain when urinating or urinary retention occur while using the medicine, consult a doctor.

Notes

No prescription is required for this product. GRANU FINK® femina can have an influence on the ability to drive and use machines.Affected patients should not drive or operate machines.This medicine contains glucose.Please only take GRANU FINK® femina after consulting your doctor if you know that you suffer from an intolerance to certain sugars.

Side effects

Like all medicines, GRANU FINK® femina can have side effects, although not everyone gets them.Possible side effects include gastrointestinal complaints and allergic reactions such as skin rashes, itching, swelling.The frequency is not known.Soybean oil can very rarely cause allergic reactions.If you notice gastrointestinal problems, please inform your doctor if necessary so that he can decide on the severity and any necessary measures.If allergic reactions occur, GRANU FINK® femina should be discontinued and, if necessary, a doctor should be consulted immediately.

Storage

Keep this medicine out of the reach and reach of children.You may no longer use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the folding box or on the blister pack after “Use by”.The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.Do not store the medicine above 25°C.
