Aqualibra film-coated tablets are a herbal medicine that was specifically developed for the treatment of bacterial and inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract.It is suitable for flushing out urinary stones and kidney stones as well as for preventing and treating these complaints.The product is suitable for teenagers aged 12 and over and adults.If you have blood in your urine, fever or symptoms that persist for more than five days, you should see a doctor.

Mode of action

Aqualibra film-coated tablets contain a unique combination of three high-quality plant extracts: goldenrod, hare and orthosiphon (cat's beard).These have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, immune-stimulating, diuretic, pain-relieving and antispasmodic effects.Goldenrod also has an immune-stimulating effect, while orthosiphon reduces the adhesion of bacteria to the bladder mucosa.This synergistic effect supports the thorough combating and flushing out of pathogens.

Aqualibra film-coated tablets contain the following active ingredients: 80 mg dry extract of hackle root, 90 mg dry extract of orthosiphon leaves and 180 mg dry extract of goldenrod herb.The other ingredients are povidone K30, crospovidone, colloidal silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, talc, macrogol 3000, poly(vinyl alcohol), lactose monohydrate, spray-dried glucose syrup, maltodextrin, titanium dioxide and chlorophyll-copper complex.

Contraindications

Aqualibra film-coated tablets must not be used if you are known to be hypersensitive to hackle root, orthosiphon leaves, goldenrod or any of the other ingredients.The medicine should also not be used if there is water accumulation in the tissue (edema) as a result of restricted heart or kidney activity.

Dosage

Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over take two film-coated tablets three times a day, whole and with plenty of liquid.It can be taken with or without meals.During the entire treatment period, you should ensure that you drink plenty of fluids of at least two liters per day in order to support the diuretic and pathogen-flushing effect.Even after the acute symptoms have subsided, the medicine should be continued for a few days to reduce the risk of a recurring infection.

Intake

The film-coated tablets are swallowed whole.It can be taken with or without meals.In any case, the medicine should be taken with plenty of liquid.It is also important to ensure that you drink plenty of fluids (at least two liters per day) throughout the entire treatment period.

Patient information

There are no sufficient studies on the use of the preparation in children under 12 years of age.The medicine should therefore not be used in this age group.The medicine has no influence on the ability to drive or use machines.

Pregnancy

The preparation should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to insufficient examinations.
