The active ingredient in Zinkbrause Verla 25 mg is zinc sulfate.Each effervescent tablet contains 69 mg zinc sulfate 1-water, which corresponds to 25 mg zinc.The preparation also contains the following excipients: citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, sodium carbonate, sodium citrate 2 H2O, saccharin sodium 2 H2O, sodium cyclamate, lemon flavor (contains sorbitol), and a total of 275 mg sodium ion.Zinc effervescent Verla 25 mg is free of gluten and lactose.

Contraindications

Zinkbrause Verla 25 mg must not be taken if you are hypersensitive to zinc sulfate or any of the other ingredients.There is no specific dosage information for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.

Dosage

Adults should take half to one whole effervescent tablet daily, which corresponds to 12.5 to 25 mg of zinc.The effervescent tablet should be dissolved in half a glass of water and drunk completely.It is recommended to take the preparation about an hour before meals so as not to interfere with the absorption of zinc.The duration of use depends on the severity of the zinc deficiency.
