Instructions for use of Chelidonium Ferro Cultum D 3 Dilution

Chelidonium Ferro cultum D3 is a liquid dilution that is available without a prescription.According to the anthroposophical knowledge of man and nature, this medicine is used to normalize disorders of bile function with a tendency to congestion and cramps in the gastrointestinal tract, as well as to accompany the treatment of depression.The liquid dilution contains 36% alcohol by volume.

Important information on application

Chelidonium Ferro cultum must not be used in cases of liver disease, during pregnancy and breast-feeding and at the same time as medicines that can damage the liver.If you have persistent upper abdominal problems, gallstone disease, obstruction of the bile ducts or jaundice, you should consult a doctor.The medicine should not be used in children under 12 years of age as there is insufficient experience.

Interactions with other medicines are not known.No special precautions are required when driving or using machines.

Application and dosage

Always take Chelidonium Ferro cultum exactly as your doctor has told you.The appropriate potency level is selected individually by the doctor.Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 2 weeks.In the case of chronic illnesses, consultation with the doctor is necessary.If taken for more than 4 weeks, liver function values should be checked.

If you forget to take a dose, do not take a double dose.If you are unsure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Side effects

When using medicines containing celandine, liver damage and even liver failure can occur.If you notice any side effects, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

10 ml Chelidonium Ferro cultum contains the active ingredient Chelidonium Ferro cultum Dil.D3 with ethanol 30% (m/m) and 36% alcohol by volume.The dosage form is a 50 ml liquid dilution.
