Mel D3 eye drops are a homeopathic medicine that belongs to the anthroposophical therapy direction.Since this is a registered homeopathic medicine, no specific therapeutic indication is given.No prescription is required for this product.

Mel D3 eye drops are used without specifying a specific therapeutic indication.If the symptoms do not improve during use, medical advice should be sought.

Contraindications

Mel D3 eye drops must not be used in children under one year of age as they contain honey.The eye drops should also not be used in children aged 1 to 12 years as there is insufficient experience with this.

Before using Mel D3 eye drops during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.

Interactions with other medicines

To date, there are no known interactions with other medications.

Instructions for storage and use

Do not use the eye drops after the expiry date stated on the label and carton.After first opening, the eye drops should not be used for longer than 4 weeks.Enter the opening date in the space provided on the label and the folding box.Keep the medicine out of the reach of children.Do not store the eye drops above 25°C.

Mel D3 eye drops are compatible with contact lenses.However, it is recommended that you remove the lenses before use and only reinsert them after about 30 minutes.

Composition

10 g (= 10 ml) Mel D3 eye drops contain the active ingredient Mel Dil.D3 aquos.(HAB, v. 5b) in an amount of 9.828 g.Other ingredients include potassium nitrate, boric acid, sodium tetraborate and an oligodynamic silver preservation.

Dosage form and pack size

Mel D3 eye drops are available as 10 ml eye drops.

Application instructions

Before first use, tear open the original closure using the tab provided.Briefly shake the closed eye drop bottle upside down once.Remove the protective cap, put drops into the eye by pressing on the rubber part and immediately press the protective cap firmly back on.
