Magnesium phosphoricum acidum D6 is an anthroposophical medicine that is used if there is a tendency to cramps.It serves to harmonize the interaction between the organization of life and sensation, especially in the case of cramps of the voluntary and involuntary muscles as well as mental cramps.Examples of this include heart tightness, also known as angina, and leg cramps.

Composition

One ampoule contains the active ingredient Magnesium phosphoricum acidum Dil.D6 (HAB. SV 5a) in an amount of 1 ml. The preparation is isotonized with sodium chloride.

Application

Magnesium phosphoricum acidum D6 should always be used exactly as directed by your doctor.The usual dose is 1 ml twice a week to once a day, injected subcutaneously.The injection is usually carried out in the thigh, the outside of the upper arm or the abdominal region.Before the injection, the injection site should be cleaned, for example by rubbing with 70% alcohol.A fold of skin is formed and the injection needle is inserted at an angle.The syringe plunger is then pulled back slightly to ensure that no blood vessel has been hit.If blood appears, the injection should be repeated at another site.If no blood appears, you can inject slowly.After the injection, the needle is pulled out and the injection site is briefly pressed with a swab.It is recommended that an experienced person learn the injection technique.

Duration of application

Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 2 weeks.If there is no improvement within 2 - 5 days, you should see a doctor.The duration of treatment for chronic diseases should be agreed with your doctor.

Forgotten application

If you forget to use Magnesium phosphoricum acidum D6, you should not use a double dose.

Expiry date

The medicine should not be used after the expiry date stated on the ampoules and carton.
