Application instructions and dosage recommendation

The drops are taken three times a day, ten drops each on a piece of sugar that is allowed to melt in the mouth.Alternatively, diabetics can drip the drops onto a piece of bread that is slowly chewed.If the medicinal taste does not bother you, the drops can also be dripped undiluted onto the tongue.Depending on the severity of the symptoms, the dosage can be increased to up to 25 drops three times a day after consulting a doctor.In the event of attacks of weakness and impending circulatory collapse, take five to ten drops every 15 minutes until improvement occurs.

The ingredient D-camphor is not water-soluble.The drops should therefore not be taken with water.It is recommended to avoid drinking fluids for five minutes before and after intake.To dispense the drops, the bottle should be held vertically and, if necessary, tapped lightly against the bottom of the bottle with your finger.

The drops are based on a plant base and are used to treat vegetative-functional cardiovascular complaints, hypotonic and orthostatic circulatory disorders, as well as for supportive treatment when the heart's performance declines in accordance with stage II according to NYHA .They can help reduce dizziness when standing up after lying down for a long time and improve breathing and oxygen intake.

The drops contain 25 mg camphor, 973 mg hawthorn berry fluid extract (1:1.3-1.5), extractant: ethanol, ethanol 60% (V/V) as an excipient and levomenthol as an excipient.

Contraindications

The drops must not be taken if there is hypersensitivity to D-camphor, hawthorn or any of the other ingredients.They are not suitable for infants and young children up to 2 years old due to the risk of laryngeal spasm.Patients with bronchial asthma or other respiratory diseases that are associated with severe hypersensitivity of the airways should not take the drops, as the camphor they contain can cause shortness of breath or an asthma attack.
