Mallebrin® concentrate for gargling is a traditional medicine that is used for inflammation in the oral cavity.It is traditionally used as a mild remedy for mild inflammation of the gums and oral mucosa.If the symptoms persist for more than a week, you should consult a doctor.

Mallebrin® concentrate for gargling contains the active ingredient aluminum chloride.More precisely, 10 ml of solution contains 2.2183 mg of aluminum trichloride-6-water and 0.25 mg of aluminum ion.Indigo carmine (E 132) and purified water are available as excipients.

Contraindications

The medicine must not be used if you are allergic to aluminum chloride or any of the other ingredients.Due to insufficient research, it must not be used in children under 12 years of age.It should also not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding as there are no sufficient studies.

Dosage

Add 15 to 20 drops of the concentrate to a glass of water (approx. 150 ml) 2 to 3 times a day and gargle with the diluted solution.The duration of use is in principle not limited, but you should pay attention to the information on use.In the event of an overdose, gastrointestinal problems may occur.If you forget to use it, simply continue as described.Discontinuing the application can jeopardize the success of the treatment.

Intake

After dilution, the medicine is applied as a solution in the oral cavity.It may only be used diluted and not ingested.If the concentrate drips onto clothing or other surfaces, wash it out immediately with cold water, otherwise it can cause stains that are difficult to remove.
