Instructions for use for the article Sanohra Fly ear protection for children
Sanohra Fly ear protection for children has been specially developed to protect the ear from rapid and strong changes in air pressure.A patented pressure regulator integrated into the earplug regulates and slows down pressure changes in front of the eardrum. No prescription is required for this product.
Sanohra Fly is deployed 45 minutes before landing. The pressure in the cabin, which rises rapidly in just a few minutes, rises more slowly and more evenly in front of the eardrum. This gives the Eustachian tube more time to ensure ventilation of the middle ear, even if functionality is limited, before ear pain occurs.
Inserting Sanohra Fly
Place one arm over your head and slightly lift the upper part of the auricle of the ear on the other side of your head. This widens the ear canal.Hold the Sanohra Fly on the shaft between the thumb and index finger of the other hand and insert it into the ear canal with a slight twisting movement, with the blades first.Do the same with the other ear.
When should Sanohra Fly be used?
If you have problems with ear pain when taking off, you should use Sanohra Fly before the plane takes off.Sanohra Fly can be removed again after 30 minutes, as the pressure conditions are usually constant when the aircraft has reached cruising altitude. For short flights of less than 2 hours, it is recommended to wear Sanohra Fly for the entire flight.
Use Sanohra Fly at least 45 minutes before landing.Do not wait until the pilot announces the landing. It is recommended to additionally support the function of the Eustachian tube by chewing, swallowing and yawning. The ear is optimally protected if Sanohra Fly is only removed again after arrival at the airport building. Please note that Sanohra Fly also results in noise insulation.
Removing Sanohra Fly
Before removing, lift the ear cup slightly as you did when inserting it.Do not pull out the ear protection suddenly, but remove it slowly with a slight twisting movement.
This is how ear pain occurs when flying
Over half of all airline passengers are familiar with the unpleasant feeling of pressure or pain in their ears, which occurs especially during the landing approach. The ear is a very sensitive sensory organ. The middle ear lies behind the airtight eardrum. When the air pressure in the aircraft cabin rises quickly during the landing approach, a relative negative pressure is created in the middle ear.
Sanohra Fly was specially developed to protect the ear from rapid and strong changes in air pressure.A pressure regulator integrated into the earplug regulates and slows down pressure changes in front of the eardrum.
The benefits of Sanohra Fly
Sanohra Fly protects the ears from pressure changes.A special filter regulates pressure changes in front of the eardrum so that the Eustachian tube can equalize the pressure before ear pain occurs.
Sanohra Fly protects the ears in all situations in which strong changes in air pressure put strain on the ears, e.g. when riding on mountain railways or in elevators in high-rise buildings.
The effectiveness of Sanohra Fly has been proven by scientific studies at the Berlin Charité and in collaboration with an airline.
Sanohra Fly protects the ears from strong pressure changes and is easy to use and comfortable to wear.
