MELISSA/SEPIA COMP is a homeopathic medicine used to relieve restlessness, nervousness and sleep disorders.The active ingredients lemon balm and sepia officinalis have a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system.Lemon balm is known for its sedative and anti-anxiety properties, while Sepia officinalis is traditionally used for nervous exhaustion and mood swings.

It is usually used as drops that are diluted in water.The dosage depends on individual needs and should be coordinated with a doctor or pharmacist.
