Instructions for use of Caelo valerian tincture

Caelo valerian tincture is a herbal medicine for calming that is available without a prescription.It is used for restlessness and nervous-related problems falling asleep.No prescription is required for this product.

Areas of application

Caelo valerian tincture is used for nervous restlessness and difficulty falling asleep, which are primarily due to nervousness.If the symptoms persist for a long time, a doctor should be consulted.

Contraindications

Valerian tincture must not be used by alcoholics.People with liver disease, epilepsy, brain disease or brain damage should only use the medicine after consulting a doctor.In addition, it should not be used by children under 12 years of age, pregnant women or breastfeeding women, as there are no sufficient studies on this.

Composition

100 Grams of Caelo valerian tincture contains 100 grams of valerian root tincture in a ratio of 1:5.The extractant is ethanol with a proportion of 70% (v/v).The tincture is available in different pack sizes, namely 50 ml, 100 ml and 200 ml.

Application and dosage

To calm you down, half a teaspoon (approx. 1.5 ml) is taken 2-3 times a day.If you have trouble sleeping, take a teaspoon (approx. 3 ml) half an hour before going to bed.If necessary, an additional teaspoon can be taken before dinner.The tincture should be diluted with a little water.The medicine should not be used for longer than two weeks without medical advice.

Side effects and warnings

If used as intended, the ability to react can be impaired, especially in combination with alcohol.This may impair the ability to actively participate in traffic or operate machines.The medicine contains 66% alcohol by volume, which can pose a health risk for certain groups of people.

Storage

Caelo valerian tincture should be kept tightly closed and protected from light.Medicines should be kept out of the reach of children.After the expiry date, the medicine may no longer be used.
