Areas of application

Aurica rosemary leaf tea is used internally for digestive problems such as bloating and flatulence.The tea can be used externally for supporting therapy in rheumatic diseases and for circulatory problems.Rosemary leaf tea stimulates the appetite, aids digestion and stimulates the circulation.

Contraindications

For tea infusions: There are no sufficient studies on the use of rosemary leaves during pregnancy and breastfeeding or in children under 12 years of age.Tea infusions made from rosemary leaves are therefore not allowed to be drunk by this group of people.As a bath: In the case of major skin injuries and acute skin diseases, severe febrile and infectious diseases, heart failure and high blood pressure, full baths, regardless of the ingredients, should only be used after consulting a doctor.

Dosage instructions and method of application

Unless otherwise prescribed, if you have digestive problems, drink a cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows 2 to 3 times a day: 1 teaspoonful (approx. 2 g) of rosemary leaves tea is poured over with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and after about 10 to 15 minutes, if necessary, strained through a tea strainer.For external use, first make an infusion of 50 g of rosemary leaves and 1 l of water, which is then diluted into a full bath.
