Dona 1500 mg powder for oral solution belongs to the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic medicines.It is used to relieve symptoms of mild to moderate osteoarthritis of the knee joint.The active ingredient glucosamine hemisulfate has an anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effect.

Areas of application

The product is used to improve joint function and relieve pain in mild to moderate osteoarthritis of the knee joint.

Dosage and instructions for use

The recommended dose is one sachet per day.The contents of one sachet should be dissolved in a glass of water and preferably taken with a meal.Glucosamine is not suitable for treating acute pain because it takes a few weeks to take effect.If there is no improvement after 2-3 months, the treatment should be reviewed.

Composition

Active ingredients: D-glucosamine hemisulfate sodium chloride from shellfish (1884.14 mg), D-glucosamine hemisulfate from shellfish (1500 mg), D-glucosamine from shellfish (1177.67 mg).Excipients: sodium ion (151 mg), aspartame (2.5 mg), phenylalanine, sorbitol (2028.5 mg), citric acid, macrogol 4000.

Contraindications

The medicine should not be used if you are hypersensitive to the ingredients.Caution is advised in the case of diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases and bronchial asthma.Children and adolescents under the age of 18 should generally not use the medicine.Its use is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Side effects

Possible side effects include gastrointestinal complaints such as nausea, diarrhea, constipation and abdominal pain.In addition, skin hypersensitivity reactions such as skin redness, itching and eczema may occur.Headaches and fatigue are also possible side effects.
