Pleurofix No. 1 is a special piece of equipment for performing a pleural puncture.It consists of several components designed for safe and effective use.This includes a thin-walled puncture cannula with a short bevel of 1.8 x 80 mm, which is equipped with a transfer tube with a lock attachment.The set also contains an Omnifix-Lock syringe with a capacity of 50 ml, which can be used for up to 60 ml.A secretion bag with a volume of 2.0 liters, also with a male lock attachment, and a 90 cm transfer tube is also included.All components are individually sterile packed.A Discofix-3 three-way tap in yellow is also part of the set.
