Instructions for use of the article Aurica St. John's wort tea: Aurica St. John's wort tea is used to support the treatment of nervous restlessness and sleep disorders. To prepare the tea, 1-2 teaspoons of St. John's wort tea are poured over boiling water and left to steep for approx. 10 minutes. In the morning and evening, 1-2 cups of the tea infusion are drunk. Use over several weeks or months is necessary to achieve an effect. Contraindications are a known hypersensitivity to light. Occasionally, photosensitivity may occur, especially in fair-skinned individuals. Side effects may include sunburn-like inflammation of the skin.
