Summary: Sidroga Sleep and Nerve Tea is a herbal medicinal product for promoting sleep and improving the condition of nervous stress. It consists of valerian root, lemon balm leaves, passion flower herb and peppermint leaves. The recommended dose for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age is 1 cup of tea 2 to 3 times a day and 1 cup before bedtime. There are some contraindications to the use of the tea, such as hypersensitivity to the ingredients, bile duct obstruction, inflammation of the bile ducts, liver disease, biliary dysfunction and gallstones. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should also not use the tea. There are no known side effects. In case of prolonged or regularly recurring complaints, a doctor should be consulted. The tea should be prepared according to the instructions of the doctor or pharmacist by pouring boiling water over 1 to 2 filter bags and allowing to steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
