Sidroga® calming tea is a traditional herbal medicine that helps relieve nervous stress and supports sleep.This product is available without a prescription.

The active ingredient in Sidroga® calming tea is passion flower herb.Passionflower, whose fruit we know as passion fruit, has long been valued in America for its calming effects.The plant came to Europe at the beginning of the 17th century.

Ingredients

Each filter bag contains 2 grams of passionflower herb as an active ingredient.No other components are included.

Preparation

To prepare it, pour around 150 milliliters of boiling water over a filter bag of Sidroga® calming tea and then let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes.The bag is then gently squeezed and removed.

Application

Unless otherwise prescribed, it is recommended to drink a cup of the prepared tea infusion 2 to 4 times a day.
