Directions for use of the article Bombastus Calming Tea Bombastus Calming Tea is a herbal sedative and is used to treat nervous states of agitation and difficulties in falling asleep. The tea should be taken after preparing a tea infusion. The dosage for adolescents from 12 years and adults is one tea bag 2-3 times a day, in the morning, at noon and before going to bed. The tea bags can be poured over boiling water and left to steep for approx. 10-15 minutes. The duration of use should not exceed 2 weeks. In case of longer lasting or regularly recurring complaints, a visit to the doctor is recommended. So far, no side effects or interactions with other medicines are known. However, pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Persons with hypersensitivity to the ingredients should not take the tea. Bombastus Calming Tea contains valerian root, peppermint leaves, lemon balm leaves and hop cones as active ingredients. Other ingredients are marigold blossoms. The tea comes in the form of tea bags and should be stored at room temperature away from light and moisture. There are no known side effects.
