I can't understand the movement with one star. The Lefax does what it has to do and that is to 'destroy' the bubbles in the baby's milk bottle. You can also give it pure, it worked immediately with my little one (for acute flatulence). The caraway suppositories are also very good and have a direct effect. But different to Lefax. Two different things
