Kneipp Magnesium + Vitamins B+C+E effervescent tablets contain the following ingredients: acidifier citric acid, magnesium carbonate, acidity regulator sodium hydrogen carbonate, acidifier malic acid, magnesium oxide, L-ascorbic acid, natural citrus flavor, sweetener sodium cyclamate, corn starch, D, L-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, sweetener sodium saccharin, natural flavor,Riboflavin 5'-phosphate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid and D-biotin, cyanocobalamin.

The composition per daily dose of one effervescent tablet includes: 300 mg magnesium (80% of the reference amount), 1.1 mg vitamin B1 (100% of the reference amount), 1.4 mg vitamin B2 (100% of the reference amount), 1.4 mg vitamin B6 (100% of the reference amount), 2.5 µg vitamin B12 (100% of the reference amount), 16 mg niacin (vitamin B3) (100%of the reference amount), 6 mg pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) (100% of the reference amount), 50 µg biotin (vitamin B7) (100% of the reference amount), 200 µg folic acid (vitamin B9) (100% of the reference amount), 80 mg vitamin C (100% of the reference amount) and 12 mg vitamin E (100% of the reference amount).The reference amount for daily intake is based on EU-Regulation 1169/2011.

Dosage

The recommended consumption of Kneipp Magnesium + Vitamins B+C+E effervescent tablets is one effervescent tablet daily, which should be dissolved in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml).One tablet contains 0.01 bread units (BE).The product should be kept tightly closed and dry.
