Active ingredient and composition

The active ingredient in Argentum-Corpus vitreum D6 is Argentum-Corpus vitreum bovis Dil.D6 aquos.The original substance is made from Argentum metallicum and Corpus vitreum bovis.Additionally, the product contains potassium nitrate, boric acid and sodium tetraborate for preservation.

Areas of application

In accordance with the anthroposophical knowledge of man and nature, Argentum-Corpus vitreum D6 is used to stimulate regeneration in diseases of the eye caused by aging, such as vitreous opacity.

Application and dosage

Always use Argentum-Corpus vitreum D6 exactly according to the instructions in the package leaflet.The usual dose is 1 drop into the conjunctival sac 1-3 times daily.The duration of treatment should be determined in consultation with a doctor.Before first use, tear open the original cap using the tab provided, shake the bottle briefly and squeeze the drops into the eye by pressing on the rubber part.After opening, the eye drops should be used within 4 weeks.

Precautions and Warnings

Argentum-Corpus vitreum D6 must not be used if you are hypersensitive to milk protein or animal protein.Before use, an examination by an ophthalmologist should be carried out.If you experience severe pain or a sudden loss of vision, you should see a doctor immediately.The medicine should not be used in children under 12 years of age as there is insufficient documented experience.During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the medicine should only be used after consulting a doctor.

Side effects

Lactose contains small amounts of milk protein and can cause allergic reactions.If you notice any side effects, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Storage

The eye drops should not be stored above 25 °C.After first opening they should be used within 4 weeks.For contact lens wearers, it is recommended to remove the lenses before use and only reinsert them after about 30 minutes.
