Area of application

This wound dressing is used for weakly exuding wounds, superficial wounds, non-infected wounds, wounds in the epithelialization phase or tattoos.It is also suitable for initial treatment of small, superficial wounds and for supportive prophylaxis of skin areas at risk of pressure sores.

The Suprasorb F film dressing offers transparent protection and is breathable, flexible and waterproof.It enables a moist wound environment that promotes wound healing through gas and heat exchange and protects the wound from germs.Thanks to its transparency, it allows for easy wound control.The bandage is flexible, stretchy and easy to use.It can be wiped clean, even with disinfectants containing alcohol, iodine and octenidine, and offers good protection against external influences.The bandage does not interfere with washing or showering.

Material composition

The Suprasorb F film dressing rolled consists of a polyurethane film that is coated with a polyacrylate adhesive.The support film is made of polyester, which is coated on both sides with polyethylene and siliconized on one side.The backing paper is a silicone paper, and the adhesive strips are made of polyester film and polyacrylate glue.The removal aid is a white, bleached silicone paper that is printed in green.
