Description

Protefix wound and protective gel offers gentle help with aphthous ulcers, irritated pressure points under dentures and braces as well as inflammation of the oral mucosa.The gel has an anti-inflammatory effect, promotes the renewal of damaged cell tissue and improves the natural healing process.It supports the resistance of the oral mucosa and is easy to use.The gel is applied to the affected area 3 to 4 times a day with a clean fingertip or a cotton swab and massaged in gently.

Area of application

Protefix wound and protective gel is applied to the inflamed oral mucosa.It relieves pain without causing numbness.The gel is suitable for use on pressure points, inflammation of the oral mucosa and aphthae, especially under dentures, partial dentures and braces.It promotes wound healing without alcohol and without lidocaine.

Mode of action

Protefix wound and protective gel contains the active ingredient glycerol oxytriester (TGO), which is obtained from plant oils using a special process.This active ingredient forms a protective film on the affected areas, which protects the wound from external stimuli and thus promotes the recovery of the oral mucosa.The patented active principle does not negatively affect the oral flora.

Contraindications

If you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, the product should not be used.In individual cases, hypersensitivity reactions may occur.

Dosage

Before application, the mouth should be rinsed and, if necessary, cleaned of denture adhesive residue.The gel is applied to the affected areas 3 to 4 times a day and massaged in gently.A pea-sized amount of the gel is placed on a cotton swab or a clean fingertip.The mouth should not be rinsed after application.It is recommended to wait about 15 minutes before eating food.The tube should be carefully closed after use to avoid contamination.
