Melolin is a low-stick, absorbent compress made from a cotton-polyester blend.This wound dressing is characterized by its high absorbency.The polyester coating on the wound side reduces the risk of sticking to the wound, which contributes to painless dressing changes.The good exudate absorption enables longer intervals between dressing changes and supports economical care.The back of the bandage has a water-repellent top layer that minimizes the penetration of moisture to the outside.
