Curapor transparent is a surgical wound dressing that is sterile and ready to use.It consists of a waterproof and breathable film that is transparent and adheres securely.The bandage is impermeable to bacteria and resistant to common disinfectants.It can be removed with little residue or pain and is also suitable for sensitive skin.In addition, it hardly sticks to the wound.

Areas of application

The transparent Curapor wound dressing is suitable for the sterile treatment of postoperative wounds, accidental injuries and small cuts and abrasions.It is also used in minimally invasive surgery and protects against secondary infections.In addition, it can be used as a cover when showering and swimming.

Product composition

The bandage's carrier film is made of 100% polyurethane and a skin-friendly polyacrylate adhesive that is free of rosin and rosin derivatives.The wound pad consists of an absorbent layer made of viscose/polyester and a polyester/polyethylene wound contact layer.
