Instructions for use for TACTU MOBIL Ointment, 100 g

TACTU MOBIL is an ointment with herbal active ingredients that is used externally to treat muscle or joint pain. The ointment contains the active ingredients camphor, eucalyptus oil and purified turpentine oil. It is applied to the affected areas and massaged in gently. It should be applied three to five times a day, using a strand of ointment about 1 cm long per palm-sized treatment area. The ointment should not be used on the face or around mucous membranes and contact with the eyes should be avoided. In the event of an overdose, various symptoms may occur, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, drowsiness and shortness of breath. It is recommended to consult a doctor if an overdose is suspected. Side effects such as skin rashes, contact eczema, redness, blistering and hives may occur in rare cases. The medicine should not be used in cases of hypersensitivity to the ingredients, bronchial asthma, whooping cough, pseudocroup, damaged skin or in infants and young children up to 2 years of age. The medicinal product should not be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding, as there are not yet sufficient studies available for this purpose. It should be stored below 25°C and the expiry date should be observed.
