Directions for use of the article Herba-vision Blueberry Eye Drops: Herba-Vision® Blueberry Eye Drops moisturise and refresh tired, dry or strained eyes. They can be used when wearing contact lenses or when stressed by fatigue, smoke, long computer work or general environmental factors such as dust particles and pollen. The solution should not be ingested and should not be used if the vial is damaged. To avoid injury or eye infection, the eye should not be touched with the dropper. Before use, the bottle should be checked to ensure that it is intact. After opening, the solution should always be used fresh. The product should not be used in case of allergy to any of the ingredients. If symptoms persist or worsen, a medical specialist should be consulted. The application consists of dropping 2 drops into the conjunctival sac of each eye as needed and spreading by blinking. The composition of the solution contains 0.5 mg sodium hyaluronate, 0.5 mg blueberry tincture, 0.001 mg polyhexanide (preservative), 0.1 mg EDTA and 2.5 mg HPMC (Methocel®). These eye drops are suitable for moistening the eyes, especially when wearing hard and soft contact lenses. The addition of hyaluronate and Methocel® increases the viscosity of the solution and ensures that the drops stay in the eye longer. The EDTA mode of ac HPMC tion is to moisten the eyes with blueberry tincture to keep them pain-free and moisturised despite external adversities such as contact lenses, air conditioning or long screen time. The dosage recommendation is to put one drop in each eye as needed. The dose should not be exceeded to avoid overdose. Herba-vision blueberry eye drops contain 0.5 mg blueberry tincture, 0.001 mg polyhexanide, 0.1 mg EDTA and 3 mg HPMC (Methocel®) per 1 ml. The product should not be used if there is hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
