We have already tested almost all the products in the Magnetrans family and have only had the best experiences. Good tolerance across the board, whether forte direct, capsules, sticks, there is something for everyone. Our older family members take the 150mg version once or twice a day, depending on the activity of their muscles - we have had the Mg++ value tested in full blood beforehand and then customised to the value, so we are on the safe side.

I take Magnetrans forte 150 mg hard capsules daily because I was getting calf cramps at night after sport or physical exertion of the muscles, since I have been taking the capsules everything is fine !

I took Magnetrans in consultation with my doctor during my pregnancy. I suffered from morning sickness, but I didn't notice any improvement or worsening with Magnetrans. So I don't think there are any significant side effects. However, my values improved quickly as a result.
