The Melolin wound dressing is a low-stick and absorbent compress made from a cotton-polyester blend.This special composition gives the wound dressing high absorbency.The polyester coating on the wound side reduces the risk of sticking to the wound, which contributes to painless dressing changes.The good absorption of wound fluid enables longer intervals between dressing changes and supports economical wound care.The back of the wound dressing has a water-repellent top layer that minimizes the penetration of moisture to the outside.
