Instructions for use of the article MicroDrop Pro2 inhalation device The MicroDrop Pro2 is an air-operated inhalation device for the treatment of respiratory diseases. It is particularly suitable for chronically ill patients with conditions such as COPD, asthma, acute or chronic bronchitis, etc. The particle spectrum of 2.76 µm enables a high deposition in the lower areas of the lungs, especially from the small bronchi to the alveoli. The MicroDrop Pro2 can efficiently nebulise a standard amount of 2.5 ml of inhalation solution in only 4.7 minutes. It has a valve system with two speed settings and an easily visible filling scale for precise dosing of the medication. For expensive or highly irritating medications, it is recommended to connect the trigger adapter to avoid medication loss. The RF7 plus nebuliser is suitable for all suspensions and inhalation solutions approved for inhalation. It is recommended to inhale with a mouthpiece as this is the most effective form with the least loss of medication. If a mask is needed (e.g. for small children or elderly, weak patients), soft adult and children's masks are included in the delivery, which ideally fit any face shape. The inhalation device is suitable for all suspensions and inhalation solutions approved for inhalation.
