Areas of application

Colon Gl D8, a liquid dilution for injection, is used according to anthroposophical knowledge of humanity and nature.The areas of application include the stimulation of the organ-forming forces in inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the colon, such as colon inflammation (colitis), diverticulosis and irritable colon.

Composition

One ampoule of Colon Gl D8 contains 1 ml of Colon suis Gl Dil.D8 (HAB, Vs. 41c).

Contraindications

The liquid dilution for injection D4, D5 and D6 should not be used if there is hypersensitivity to the donor animal protein.There are no known contraindications for the liquid dilution for injection from D8.

Precautions and warnings

There is no adequately documented experience with the use of this medicine in children.Therefore, it should only be used in children under 12 years of age after consulting a doctor.

Dosage and method of administration

Unless otherwise prescribed, it is recommended to inject 1 ml subcutaneously once a week to once a day.

Duration of application

There is no evidence that prolonged use of the preparation could be associated with any disadvantages.In the case of acute inflammatory bowel disease, treatment should not last longer than a week without consulting a doctor.In the case of chronic degenerative intestinal diseases, longer-term use under medical supervision may be necessary.

So far there are no known side effects.
