Soledum Balsam is a medicinal product for external use, which is used for colds of the upper and lower respiratory tract. It can be used to improve the condition of uncomplicated sore throat, sinusitis, rhinitis and cough. The medicine contains the active ingredient cineole and is either rubbed in, inhaled or used as a bath additive. The dosage varies depending on the form of application and the age of the patient. Soledum Balsam must not be ingested and should not be used in cases of sensitive skin, respiratory diseases such as asthma or whooping cough and during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Possible side effects are not yet known. The package leaflet should be read before use and a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted in case of uncertainty. The medicinal product should be kept out of the reach of children and should be used within 6 months after opening.
