Summary: The Pütter bandage is a particularly strong, textile-elastic short-stretch bandage with an extensibility of approx. 90 %. It offers a high working pressure with low resting pressure and has a lasting compression effect even with permanent bandages. The bandage is breathable, well tolerated by the skin and can be boiled and sterilised. It has permanently printed washing instructions at the end of the bandage and is skin-coloured. The bandage is made of 100% cotton. It is used for very strong compression in varicose vein sclerotherapy, acute and chronic venous stasis oedema, leg ulcers and thrombophlebitis.
