MIRFULAN N Ointment spray, 125 ml

I use Mirfulan ointment spray in home nursing care. My mother-in-law is bedridden and this spray is easy to spray on small wounds which then heal quickly.

I treated my son with it so long ago, when he was still swaddled, because NOTHING helped against his bottom, which had become far too sore from diarrhoea! At that time it was still an ointment which, unlike all other ointments, also resisted the fluid in the area! The very next day there was finally a cure in sight!!! Unfortunately, they changed the packaging, which made it difficult for me to find the product again, as I couldn't remember the name after such a long time...because: I now had a patient who was going through hell with hives! All kinds of cortisone creams and even a specially prepared formula did not bring any healing, again and again there were such severe relapses that wounds were even sutured in the dermatological clinic (!). Then I recognised the "Mirfulan" ointment from old pictures and saw that there is now also a spray!!! Simply super!!! You don't even have to touch the damaged, painful skin or rub anything in! The results in just a few days are incredible! It's a shame that this "miracle cure" is still so unknown! It should not be missing in ANY medicine cabinet!!! In any case, I can no longer do without it! Certainly also extremely helpful for injuries and even burns! The odour of course takes some getting used to due to the cod liver oil content...but it is actually a huge advantage that hopefully unnecessary additives that could only trigger allergies will be avoided here in the future!
