I got it today, used it immediately because it is very good

The capsules are very well tolerated, even with a sensitive stomach PLUS delayed release, only then is the entire quantity properly utilised, because with non-delayed forms any excess is simply excreted. The product is therefore not overpriced. I take Cetebe retard in the morning and Cetebe Defence with vitamin C, zinc and vitamin D in the evening. The capsules are a good size and easy to swallow.

I used these capsules for a while and found them good, but too expensive in the long run. Switched to vitamin C powder.

On medical advice, we have been using these RetRD capsules in winter for years because of the damaged stomach lining.
