Description

Prostamed Urtica is a herbal medicine made from dry extract of nettle root.It is used to improve bladder function in men with benign enlargement of the prostate.The preparation helps to regulate the urge to urinate, improve nighttime dribbling and relieve painful feelings of pressure.No prescription is required for this product.

Area of application

This herbal medicine is used for urinary discomfort caused by a benign enlargement of the prostate.It helps with micturition problems that correspond to stages I to II according to Alken or II to III according to Vahlensieck.

Active ingredients and ingredients

Each hard capsule contains 240 mg of dry extract of nettle root.Cellulose powder, quinoline yellow, gelatin, indigo carmine, carbohydrates, lactose-1-water, magnesium stearate, talc and titanium dioxide are included as excipients.

Contraindications

The medicine must not be taken if you are allergic to nettle root or any of the other ingredients.

Dosage

Always take the medicine exactly as described or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.The recommended dose is one hard capsule three times daily, which corresponds to a daily amount of 720 mg of nettle root extract.At the start of treatment, two hard capsules can be taken twice daily.

The application is not intended for children and young people under 18 years of age.The duration of use is not limited and depends on the type, severity and course of the disease.The treating doctor should decide on the duration.

In the event of an overdose, gastrointestinal problems may increase.In this case you should stop taking the medicine and consult your doctor.If you forget to take it, take the prescribed dose at the next scheduled time without making up for the missed dose.

Intake

Take the hard capsules whole after meals with sufficient liquid, preferably a glass of water.
